Philips
Sonicare
Philips Sonicare operates with advanced sonic technology, clinically proven to be a superior clean compared to a manual toothbrush. By creating thousands of micro bubbles, the brush effectively cleans between the teeth.
Feel the care.
To support the launch, FutureDeluxe was tasked with producing a film that set Philips apart from the often conventional, clinical style films to capture the attention of manual toothbrush users who hold 60% of the market.
The goal was to uniquely position them with an emotive, visually rich product film that embodies warmth and luxury, aligning with Philips’ overall campaign, Feel the Care.
Instead of focusing solely on the technical specs, we built a narrative around a gentle, sensory experience, a reflection of how the product should make the user feel. This approach reinforced Philips’ positioning as a brand that values innovation and emotional connection with its audience.
Research and Development
A challenge in the process was balancing aesthetics with technical precision. The sophisticated design language of the toothbrush had to be communicated, while also showcasing its high-performing technical abilities.
An intricate element was the bristles. The film required both wide and close-up shots, meaning we had to simulate the correct vibrational movement for the bristles that felt authentic in every moment to maintain the credibility of the product’s technology.
